Designed to work and Built to Last.

Vessel Repair provides patented design new construction, vessel repair, vessel cleaning, and blast & paint  services. Located on the Sabine Neches Ship Channel at Mile Marker 280, we have the ability to dock and repair the deeper draft vessels as well as inland vessels. All of our personnel are tops in ability and attitude and we invite you to give Vessel Repair the opportunity to demonstrate our determination to be the best.

Purpose-Built for Performance

The most important consideration when planning a project — repair or new construction — is efficiency. Every project is designed to produce the best possible product and complete it in the most efficient way. That same approach applies to the facility itself, including any change that improves production, material handling, moving vessels on land, automation, and protection from weather. We approach all new designs and builds the same way: if something has always been done a certain way, we ask whether there’s an opportunity to improve it, build a better product, or find a better way to be productive.

Patented Design

Proprietary engineering methods deliver superior vessel construction through advanced welding processes, optimized layouts, and rigorous standards ensuring lasting durability.

Repair & Cleaning

Surface preparation through abrasive blasting followed by industrial coating application using marine-grade primers and topcoats for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity.

Blasting & Paint

Performed in an enclosed building that positions barges six feet above grade. Better production, quality, easier inspection, and without weather delay.

Innovation & Efficiency

With 70 acres and approximately 3,100 feet of waterfront and 90,000 square feet of shops, Vessel Repair has a rich history of building and repairing vessels of all types. We strive for innovation and focused on quality.
